We do not need to sign the AIP or Final Agreement to have our own Constitution!Collective Haida Rights:
(a) The Haida Nation collectively holds Hereditary and Aboriginal Title and
Rights to Haida Territories.
(b) The Haida Nation collectively holds Cultural and Intellectual property
rights of the Haida Nation and will protect the integrity of same.

Specifically their constitution that they implemented without treaty!View HereWe can have an open and transparent government and council without giving up our aboriginal title and rights! It will be hard work, but our children and their children are worth it!
We can also contemplate and explore economic development and negotiate revenue on our own. Many reserves are making millions annually without Treaties!
