Terrace RCMP
The Terrace RCMP have responded to approximately 26 calls for service from February 19, 8 AM till February 20, 8 AM. During the same time period there were six people lodged in Terrace Cells, all for public intoxication.

Downtown Terrace

police arrested a 43 yr old man on Lakelse Ave for public intoxication.

police arrested a 71 yr old man on Lakelse Ave for public intoxication.

a small black Emachine computer tower was found at McDonald’s.

passed out man in front of Tim Horton’s on Lakelse Ave. Police arrested a 30 yr old man for public intoxication.

unwanted woman bothering a man at his motel room. The woman left on her own accord prior to police attendance.

during patrols police observed a man waving to them on Lakelse Ave with only one finger. The 19 yr old man was arrested for public intoxication.

domestic assault in the George Little Park. Police found a woman who had been assaulted by a 41 yr old man. She was transported to her residence where two children ages 11 and 6 were picked up. Suitable accommodation for the group was arranged with the assistance of the Ministry of Children and Families. Under investigation.

Elsewhere Terrace

suspicious man near the Brick on Keith Ave. Checks were done of the area.

theft from a red 2005 GMC Sierra truck parked on Mills Ave. A significant amount of air tools were stolen.

domestic dispute. A man assaulted a woman then forcibly took a child and left a residence. Police spoke with the 26 yr old man. The child was returned to its mother. Under investigation.

intoxicated man on Haugland Ave.

a 12 yr old girl was assaulted by another 12 yr old girl.

disturbance at a residence on Haugland Ave. A 43 yr old woman was arrested for public intoxication.

23 yr old woman AWOL from Mills Memorial Hospital. She returned on her own a short time later.

numerous unwanted phone calls being received. Police gave advice on the matter.

A man reported that his cell phone was stolen. He did not want police involvement.

false business alarm on Kalum St

domestic disturbance on Scott Ave. Police spoke with a man and woman. No offence committed.

suicidal 50 yr old woman. Police spoke with the woman. Unfounded.

erratic driver in a grey Ford Focus on Kalum St hill.

a man yelled profanities at a woman on Lazelle Ave near the funeral home. Checks were done of area.

police could hear a woman yelling and screaming. Police located the 45 yr old woman and transported her to the damp shelter, who refused to accept her. She was arrested for public intoxication.

a woman is throwing cat feces into her neighbor’s yard.

Rural

an Ipod was lost.

false residential alarm on Nystrom Pl.

Kitsumkalum, Kulspai, Gitaus
