How can you resist our perfect pie strategy?

Terrace Little Theatre
Terrace Little Theatre’s production of Perfect Pie has swung into high gear, hair straight back raising funds to travel to Mainstage in Kamloops for the provincial theatre festival, vying for Best Play in BC.

The little theatre that could is asking the community to back its efforts to raise $10,000 by July 3rd. They have some interesting activities lined up to reach their goal.

Inspired by the title of their play they will have a booth at the Farmer’s Market selling home baked goodies and their “Dough from the Show”, a unique play dough that looks and smells just like real pie dough – perfect for the little ones playing pretend and for adults “kneading” an outlet for their frustration.

In keeping with the theme of ‘perfect pies’, they are inviting everyone to join in a Perfect Pie Celebrity Throw. This is an opportunity to volunteer to be the heroic fundraising victim of a pie, or to take out your inner demons on your favourite Terrace “celebrity”. Contact TLT members Erica Wilson and Laura Ross via phone or email to express your interest in the world of pie throwing, or sign up at the booth at the Market. The event takes place on the stage at George Little Park June 15th at noon.

As if that is not enough, on June 21 and 22 Perfect Pie will host a Silent Auction at Veritas School Gym Friday evening and all day Saturday.

On the same day the rest of the crew will do a Bottle Drive. Call the TLT or email and your empties will magically disappear, picked up by Perfect Pie.
