REPORTING · 6th March 2010
Without fail, every group of visitors we stopped to take a picture of reported back to us how much they liked their visit to Terrace. Thousands of guests were welcomed to our warm climate and inviting atmosphere. They walked our streets, visited our stores and smiled in the warm sunshine.
It has been an incredible time to show off the Sacred Circle to the rest of Canada.
Many of the young atheletes spoke about the Tsimshian Welcome during the opening ceremonies having never been exposed to the unique language, the prayer and the Kitsumkalum traditions.
They return home with memories that will last a lifetime. We savor in even more noteriety. The games have been an unqualified success.

What an incredible experience. Terrrace, you did a GREAT job. From the happy faces greeting us at the aiport to the friendly bus drivers driving us all over Terrace to and from events and food. Our accomodations at ET Kenney school were great. The volunteers under the direction of Roberta were AWESOME. The food prepared by the culinary students at NWCC was nutritous and delicious. This will be an experience I will cherish forever. Terrace, thanks for the great work and the friendly faces everywhere we went!!!
