REPORTING · 9th April 2010
Merv Ritchie
The TD Bank staff didn't have to do too much this morning to get ready for work. No need to iron their skirts, shirts or slacks as they just needed to come as the were when they got out of bed.

It is a fund raising drive, like they do each year, and all year, for the Children's Hospital in Vancouver. It is the TD Children's Hospital Fund for the Children's Miracle Network.

They are asking for donations of five dollars for their donning of the skimpy bedtime attire and in exchange (as encouragement) your name will be entered into a draw for a springtime basket of gardening materials.

Patrons of the TD can join in a regular monthly contribution of $2 or more and the Bank itself will match funds up to one million dollars annually.

The 'Come to Work in your Bedtime Attire' days will continue until next Friday, April 17. The draw for the basket will take place just before the bank closes it's doors on the business day at 6:00pm.
