We got another busy weekend for everyone in Terrace, and it starts tonight. The regional district of Kitimat-Stikine is having their meeting tonight starting at 7 pm. We will be live streaming the event on our website just click on the top banner on the frontpage.

The RDKS meeting is now concluded.

Bright and early tomorrow morning at approximately 3:30 am, there will be a lunar eclipse. To read the full article about this CLICK HERE.

Tomorrow morning will then start off like a normal Saturday would with the Farmer's Market at 8 am as does Rosswood with their pancake breakfast and flea market. At 10 am the opening ceremonies of the National Aboriginal Day celebrations begin at the George Little Park. To see an article with a list of the festivities, CLICK HERE

Later that day, at 6 pm, there is Saturday night racing at the Terrace Speedway, which will feature a burnout competition. In the evening the Accelerators play again at 9:30 pm in George's Pub at the Northern Motor Inn.

On Sunday there will the the weekly flea market at the George Little house. Later, with sign in starting at 10 am, the 2010 2nd annual Salmon Run begins at 11 am. A barbeque will begin after the run at noon. To read more about the run you can read the past article HERE.
