REPORTING · 6th July 2010
A unique arrangement of heavy equipment is inching it's way along Highway 16 West. Arc Asphalt Recycling, based out of Kamloops is tearing up the pavement, grinding it ,mixing it with fresh material and laying it back down as a new road surface.
This all takes place in one operation with very little traffic disruption. The construction crew are very helpful and are doing an excellent job of keeping the traffic moving.
Residents should be aware if they are planning to travel west of Terrace over the next few days, that there is a potential of short delays. The times to be aware of are Monday to Saturday between 7:00 am to 8:00pm.
