The great grandson of Terrace founder, George Little, will be hitting the big screen. Justin C. Little will be starring as the second lead role in the upcoming film The Kult. See Interview HERE.

Little grew up in Terrace on Walsh Ave, just like any other kid. He has a twin brother, Jason and an older sister, Lisa. He went to the now closed E.T. Kenney Primary School and then to Clarence Michael Elementary School, which is now renamed Suwilaawks Community School.

Little then moved on to Skeena Junior Secondary, which is where he fell in love with the drama arts. He was in Mr. Koven’s class, who would later become his mentor in the acting world.

Little became a part of the acting club at the R.E.M. Lee Theatre, which became a second home to him. The friends he had made during his time there had made a lasting impression on him.

His first role he played was a black man in the play Up the Down Staircase. “From that time forward,” Little said, “I was afflicted with what they call, "the acting bug".” After that he became a part of a theatre company who was travelling around BC putting on the play Juice. Little played the part of a juvenile alcoholic who was a bad influence on the other kids.

While growing up in Terrace, his first job was working at McDonald's with his twin brother Jason. When he was a little older, he would cruise down Main Street and hang out at the McDonald's parking lot and the Mall, in hopes of meeting his dream girl.

Shortly after graduation, Little moved down to Vancouver to pursue his acting dreams. “After many classes, coaches and auditions,” said Little, “my passion for acting took me to Toronto followed by the big city of Los Angeles where all the young, ambitious actors are seeking the promise of fortune and fame.”

There he found out that he wasn’t alone in his pursuit. Hundreds of other young, budding actors and actress arrive each day, hoping to cash in on their same passion, acting. After three years of trying in L.A., he realized that it just wasn’t what he dreamed it to be.

“A few bit parts, a lot of rejections and hundreds of shallow, greedy people was the reality I didn't expect.”

Little then moved to San Diego, where he landed his big role. He will be playing Wolfe Weaver in the film The Kult, a novel written by U.K. murder-mystery author Shaun Jeffries.

The production is set to begin at the end of the month. You can read about the author, the story, and watch interviews of Little and the rest of the cast on their website JUST CLICK HERE
