THE ALUMINUM CITY TELETHON IS NOW OVER - THEY RAISED OVER $40,000 WHICH WILL BE MATCHED BY NORTHERN DEVELOPMENT TRUST (NDI).

The Aluminum City Telethon is takes place tomorrow starting at 11 am and running until 9 pm. Watch it live in person, on Channel 10 or live streamed from the Kitimat Daily Website.

In addition, tickets for the cake raffle are availible at Overwaitea until 6 pm tonight or at the theatre on Sunday from noon until 6 pm. The cake will be drawn at 7 pm. The decoration of the cake was donated by Eds Bake Shop.

Thanks to the Kitimatdaily.ca and Terracedaily.ca the telethon is now getting pledges from all over Canada. Please pick up the phone and pledge. Kitimat helped with Hockeyville, now lets return the favor and help make this event a huge success!!!
