Time for tricks and treats. Wondering what to do this weekend? There are tons of events to choose from. Terrace residents are in for a fun filled weekend.

Don't miss the final Farmers' Market this Saturday from 9am to 1pm. There will be a children’s pumpkin carving contest (age 14 and under), starting at 11am with the judging at noon. 1st prize - $50 2nd prize - $30 and 3rd prize $20. So rain or shine come and support your local vendors which will be dressed in their halloween costumes.

Skeena Diversity will be hosting their potluck dinner from 6pm to 9pm; This month's theme is Pumpkin around the World. Please bring a dish to share (doesn't have to be a pumpkin dish) and get to know others in the community
This event is open to all ages. Potluck dinner and presentation takes place on the last Saturday of each month at the Skeena Diversity Centre. Contact them if you would like to host one.

Gator’s Nightclub will be rocking for the Dr. REM Lee Foundation's Masquerade Ball. Tickets available at Misty River Books and are $30. Each There will be a Grand Prize: Trip for 2 to Vancouver from Hawkair and Live Music by the Tragically Hip Replacements

Terrace Symphony is having their annual Halloween Concert conducted by Mike Wen, this concert features music for the young and young at heart. Everyone is invited to wear a costume and march in a costume parade. Special guest’s are Veritas Children's choir conducted by Kelly Lima, Rheanne Armes, vocal solo and James Powell playing the Theremin. Tickets are $5.00 and are available at Misty River Books.

Terrace Legion is also handing out prizes for best costume male/female costumes. no cover charge

At The Northern Motor Inn George's Pub will be giving away costume prizes with live entertainment by Cold Water. Cover charge is $5.00 at the door.

And at the Thornhill Pub Prizes will also be awarded for best costumes. Karen Ljung will provide the entertainment. No cover charge.
