REPORTING · 1st February 2011
It was a great Saturday afternoon, the sun was shining and there was that crispiness in the air. Perfect for an outing with the family.
The Clarence Michael building at Suwilaawks Community school was buzzing with families playing and reading together after they warmed up on home made soup and bannock.
The celebration was a hit with creative activities that children and adults could do together. Play, cook and read was the theme and afterwards they got take home books free.
Thanks to all that made this fun afternoon possible; volunteers, parents, kids and the organizers.
