UPDATE: Only 6 to 8 citizens attended this event besides the City Councillors and Staff. It was a poorly promoted unveiling as we were only made aware of it on the same day (4:15pm) that it was to take place. If you wish to see the plan the City has it all posted on their website HERE.
The City of Terrace has conducted a 2 year planning process to develop a new Community Plan.
On April 26, 2011 Council passed 1st and 2nd Readings of the Bylaw to adopt the new plan as the Official Community Plan which will
guide future land use and community development decisions.
The plan embraces a vision of developing Terrace as a vibrant, active and sustainable city for all residents.
EVERYONE IS ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND
A presentation will be given at 7:15 p.m.
City staff will be present to discuss the OCP and the plan development process and to answer any questions.
