It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that when your provinces NHL team makes it into the stanley cup final, people start paying attention.

First of all I would like to say GO CANUCKS GO! and a BIG CONGRATS on our win in game 1. Second of all I hope that by re-scheduling our race to Sunday, we will see our audience in the stands and not at home. Last race day it seemed as if the drivers weren't there for the points as much as putting on a show for the fans. With no fans, there's no show, and we really hope to see you all out there on Sunday at 2pm.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS ! and you know someone who does race at the track, or just goes out there to watch, PLEASE give them a call and remind them that the race day has been changed to Sunday. NOW we have a better chance of seeing you at the races and watching the game ourselves. WIN WIN SITUATION!

as i am a fellow racer i think its a good idea to have the races on sunday even though i dont follow the canucks as i am a habs fan i know of a lot of people that are canucks fas and seeing as tthey have made it this far in the playoffs they will all be staying home glued to the tv watching the game so i know they would not be at the track but they would gladly come out to watch on a sunday when there is never any thing on tv that day lol

adult's are $8
youth and seniors are $5
children 12 and under are free

the time trials start at 1pm and racing starts at 2pm. and run till around 5pm
This is most definatly a family event however people who are sensitive to loud noise should bring ear muffs or plugs. FOLLOW THE SIGNS ON QUEENSWAY DRIVE out to the track or view the map on the website terracespeeway.ca or like terrace speedway on facebook

Question
Comment by J.l on 2nd June 2011
I'd love to take my family to the races, we just moved here a few weeks ago. What are the prices to watch & is it a family type thing? I am having a hard time finding info on the activities Terrace has to offer! Thanks in advance!
