Watch Video Compilation of Entire Parade Attached Below

Another amazing turn of events for another spectacular Riverboat Days parade! Yesterday it rained as it did the day before. Environment Canada predicted rain, everywhere we looked – Rain! But not this morning in Terrace at the Grand Opening Parade of the Best Show in the Northwest!

It was pleasant and warm, the humidity was high but the skies didn’t drop even a sprinkle of rain. Once again hundreds and hundreds of people lined Lakelse Avenue to watch the procession of hundreds of residents who took time to prepare a display.

And at this time we need to make an apology. For some reason, and we do not know why, we published the wrong start time to the parade. We stated it was to begin at 12:00 noon when in fact it began at 11:00 am. The only saving grace is the Parade was very slow and those who came at noon would still have been able to catch most of it.

We also arrived late but captured the entire Parade by beginning to film at the end point, the Royal Canadian Legion.

We have attached our compilation of the Parade below for those who missed it, were out of town, arrived late, or maybe even slept in.

A higher quality video can be seen by clicking Here.

Enjoy! There is lots more to see in Terrace over the next week. Concerts in the Park with Honeymoon Suite begins tonight. . . . . . at 7pm . . . . and we are quite certain this is the correct time. The slingers race at Boston Pizza, Speedway action and much much more.
