Terrace RCMP
Over the past 24 hours these are some of the events Terrace RCMP responded to:

Downtown Terrace
- complaint received of an abduction of a mother by her two daughters. Police attended and spoke with the intoxicated complainant. The mother and her two daughters were located and no person was under duress.
- male was arrested for public intoxication
- noise complaint on Lazelle Ave

Elsewhere in Terrace
- police found a place for a 14 yr old female and a 15 yr old female to stay when reports were received that they were sleeping outside of an apartment building
- intoxicated female left the hospital
- a male refused to relinquish a licence plate to his ex girlfriend. Police obtained the plate for her
- assault at the Seven Sisters
- police assisted a distraught male
- theft from blue 2005 Subaru Forrester parked on Agar Ave. Taken were two cans of Canadian Tire Premium house paint
- false 911
- police assisted Muks-Kum-OL housing with a tenant behaving badly
- theft from an unlocked white 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix parked on Haugland Ave. Taken were a yellow pair of sunglasses, and camouflage pair of sunglasses, metal frame glasses, and a black emergency flashlight
- male youth left hospital without receiving treatment for injuries received during a fight. Investigation revealed no cause for concern at this time
- male was arrested for public intoxication
- male youth was reported missing
- police dispersed a group of youth making noise
- fight at the Copperside III, parties involved were over it
- a noisy party on Scott Ave was shut down
- a male returned on his own after he was reported missing
- police investigated a complaint of youth riding bikes on Thornhill St
- business false alarm

Kitsumkalum, Kitselas, Gitaus
- no calls for service

- police assisted a mother with an unruly daughter
- an injured bear cub was put down on Hwy 16 West
- a wallet was reunited with its owner
