REPORTING · 9th November 2011
Terrace Daily
It is time to get to know and Question all candidates that are running for the Municipal, School Board and Regional District Electoral Seats, Face to Face!

For all the people that sit at home and complain, or go for coffee and complain, or stand in line at grocery stores and complain, or sit at a light for too long and complain and well, just complain; about this area, city, schools, roads, taxes and well, just everything...

Now is the time to get involved and VOTE. Now is the time to get INFORMED. Now is the time to get to know the men and women who will act on your behalf, the person you will be able to blame if things don't go your way, or congratulate for a job well done.

The Terrace Municipal forum is tonight November 8 at the REM LEE Theatre at 7pm.

The Municipal candidates for the 1 Mayoral seat and 6 Council seats will answer all questions. This is a must see!!Dr. Denise Henning will be the moderator.

The next will be on Nov 12 at 1 pm in the Skeena Mall.

Where ALL CANDIDATES that are running for any electoral seats, are invited to a discussion on making Terrace and area child and youth friendly.

And on Nov 15 from 4pm-6pm at Kiva Cafe, Cedar Bld (trades) NWCC Terrace Campus, The Northwest Community College Students Union is organizing a mayoral debate as well as an all-candidates meet and greet on the NWCC Terrace Campus. Coffee, juice and muffins will be provided.

Terrace and area really has to step up to the plate and get out and VOTE!

For the population of Terrace and area, the last Municipal and Area Election turnout was dismal.

Let's get to the FORUMS and VOTING BOOTHS and have your say!

There has beeen no Regional District forums for the last two contested elections. The organizers of the forums show a disgusting lack of interest in the affairs of the Kitimat Stikene Regional District. Les.
