Food Bank Donations are being taken at the Branch; bring down some packaged food for those more needy in our town. This year more than every your help is needed. Look for the big Christmas box at the door, you will be giving a deserving family the best present you can give.

Grey Cup time is here again, and once again, the party is at the Branch. The game will be on the GIANT screen; come down and watch in the company of your good friends and enjoy some adult beverages and yes! There will be food!. The date is Sunday, November 27th, see you there!

Live Auction and silent auction time at the Branch on Saturday, November 26th; this is a great time to have some fun and buy that special Christmas gift while helping to support your Branch. This is not an event to be missed. All proceeds to your branch so we can continue to support those in need.

Choir Night is back again at the Terrace Legion! A night of fun and prizes and Christmas Karaoke. Mark Saturday December 17th on your Calendar! And take a cab!

New Years Eve at the Legion! Yes, itís back, welcome the New Year in fun and style at YOUR Legion. Live band, and light refreshments, plan to have a good time and bring your friends. Come and dance to the music of Steve Little and his band; you wonít regret it!

Steak Night is on again. Next Steak Night is Friday December 2, come on by and get the best steak in town for only $10. And donít forget, we have Terry and Johnís great pies for dessert!

General Meeting! Our next General Meeting is on Tuesday, December 13, 2011; please join us, and share you energy and your ideas! We need you!

This will also be elections for next yearís executive. Come on down and vote;

Nominated are: President Debbie Sinnott, First Vice President Charlie Meek, Secretary Francois Godet, Treasurer Les Sinnott, and Directors Bob Paulis, Dave McDonald, Steve Little, Dallis Winsor, & Les Annandale. Come down and vote for your future executive they need your support!

Have you tried Meat Draw! Well, give it a shot. Every Saturday from 4pm to 6pm is a chance to win some great meat packages! The Branch opens at 3pm, and stays open to 8pm, so come along and join us for a nice Adult Beverage!

Did you know that your friends can become a voting affiliate member and participate and vote in all meetings immediately now? That they do not need to have been a service person? Or related to a service person? Come in, and ask any of our friendly staff for an application form, and have your friends join you as a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, itís a great place to be, a great community of friends to work with, and itís a great service to our community and the Veterans both young and old that have given so much to each of us.

Remembering; itís not something we do just on November 11th, itís something we do every day.
