- false 911 on Queensway Dr

- report of man missing. He was located 8 hrs later by family. He decided to drive to Victoria.

- vehicle stuck in snow bank on River Dr and Desjardins Ave. The vehicle was not blocking traffic. Not a police matter.

- erratic driver on Clark St. The black 2003 Hummer H2 was located and the driver was spoken with.

- theft of a bike from a porch on West Kalum Rd. Police followed footprints and located the bike a short distance away. The suspect is described as a native male, early 20's, 5 ft 4 inches, thin, wearing a green and blue winter coat.

- a woman reported that a man in a yellow 1987 Volvo attended her residence stating he wanted to buy drugs. Checks were done of area.

- a blue 2006 Nissan Titan went off road right and hit a tree on Crescent St. The vehicle suffered extensive damage. No injuries were sustained. Police believe alcohol was a factor.

- fight on Gitaus Rd. Police attended. Most of the partiers had left the residence. One highly intoxicated man was transported to Mills Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. Still under investigation.

- two teenagers were riding a snowmobile in Thornhill without helmets. Checks were done of the area.

- a black 1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass in a snowbank on Old Lakelse Lake Dr. The vehicle was towed.

- a white 2008 Ford pickup hit the ditch and rolled on Hwy 16 East, about 10 km from Terrace. The driver was assessed on scene by BC Ambulance for minor injuries. The vehicle was badly damaged.

- two intoxicated women arguing on Queensway Dr. One woman was given a ride to another residence.

In Terrace
- a man stumbling in and out of traffic on Hwy 16 West was arrested for public intoxication.

- intoxicated person refusing to leave a residence on Park Ave. Police attended. Everyone was intoxicated and happy again and did not want anyone to leave.

- a man and woman were ringing a doorbell on Davis Ave and wouldn’t leave. They left on their own accord prior to police arrival.

- people lurking outside of the public works building on Graham Ave. Checks were done of area.

- possible impaired on Medeek Ave. Checks were done of area.

- loud party on Davis Ave. The residents refused to acknowledge police presence and had barricaded the door. The music was turned off and everything quieted down.

- two boys shooting an air soft gun at the windows of a residence on Straume Ave. Police attended and followed footprints to a residence on Kalum St. The youths and gun were located. The guardian is dealing with the matter.

- theft of medication and a bracelet. Under investigation.

- three suites at the Keystone Apartments were broken into and items stolen. A man was arrested and charges are being forwarded to Crown Counsel.

- 911 hangup call on Scott Ave. A very intoxicated man called the police for no apparent reason. He was belligerent and wanted to get into a fight. He was arrested for breach of peace.

- Police gave advice on a custody and harassing phone calls issue.

- a man reported that he had received a call from his brother saying that he had fallen down and had hurt himself. Police located the intoxicated brother on Scott Ave and arrested him for public intoxication. He did not have any injuries.

- possible impaired on Lakelse Ave / Kalum St. Checks were done of area.

- intoxicated suicidal man driving. Police located the vehicle in a snowbank on Haugland Ave. Police returned to the vehicle at a later time and located the man sitting the vehicle. He was given numerous violation tickets and arrested for public intoxication.

- 911 call from a cell phone, a woman stated that someone wanted to kill her. Police were able to ping the number and determine who the phone was registered to. She was spoken with and stated that she must of accidently pocket dialed 911.

- break and enter to a residence on Braun St. A gun cabinet was pried open, but the guns were all accounted for. It happened between Dec. 24 and the morning of Dec. 26. Under investigation.
