Downtown Terrace
- false cell 911 call

- a wallet left at the Shan Yan restaurant was turned in. The wallet was returned to its owner.

- woman arrested for public intoxication on Greig Ave

- a woman and man were observed by an RCMP officer talking outside of the Spirit Nightclub on New Year’s Eve. Through investigation, the identity of the woman was discovered. She is on conditions to have no contact with the same man she was observed talking with. She was arrested for breaching her conditions. Charges are being forwarded to Crown Counsel.

Elsewhere Terrace
- assist Terrace Fire Department with a house fire on Walsh Ave. The residents had recently moved out. The fire appears to have started in the kitchen. Foul play is not suspected. No one was injured.

- a man is reported as missing

- a man walking on Hall St was attacked by another man with a taser. A man has been arrested for assault with a weapon. Charges are being forwarded to Crown Counsel.

- complaint of an intoxicated man in a snowbank on Park Ave. Member attended and determined he was not intoxicated. He was transported to his residence and placed in the care of another adult.

- the Loss Prevention Officer of Walmart arrested a man for fraud. The man had taken an item from within the store and then returned it to the customer service desk with a receipt dated from a few weeks ago. Police arrested the man. Charges are being forwarded to Crown Counsel.

- break and enter to an apartment on Scott Ave. Stolen were a Brother printer, power juicer, 9 inch portable DVD player, a change purse with change, cooking oil, cooking spices, and a portable CD/MP3 player. It occurred between Dec. 25 and Jan. 3.

- a 14 yr old girl was reported late for her curfew. She returned on her own at a later time.

- a blue, 2005, F350, BC LP# AC8889 was stolen from a residence on Larch Ave

- a 41 yr old woman deceased at a residence on Pine Ave. No foul play.
