Of COURSE this man is known to Police. Pretty sad we can't get this guy off the streets though, heh? Or in the very least know his name so we can ensure our children and neighborhood kids don't share company with him?

As parents and stakeholders in our Communities, we simply have to trudge along while continuing to do our best in talking to the kids around us that there are better choices of people to hang out with.

But, again...a name would'a been appreciated. I gotta peruse the Terrace Court system and try to figure out who he is...cuz he's not welcome in MY neighborhood...and I will tell him so if he does show up here.
