Terrace RCMP
Downtown Terrace
- man in a wheelchair in traffic on Greig Ave near the Sande Overpass. Checks were done of area.

- intoxicated person sleeping in BC Assessment main entrance. Police located him and arrested him for public intoxication.

- intoxicated person refusing to pay his fare and took a swing at the cab driver. Police arrested the 45 yr old man for assault. He was violent with police and fought. He also had outstanding warrants for his arrest from Kitimat.

Elsewhere Terrace
- report of an assault. Investigation determined that an assault did not occur. A woman wanted to continue to party and did not want a man around anymore and was trying to use police to remove him.

- false business alarm on Kalum St

- a window of a residence on Eby St was smashed.

- an IPhone was lost in the women’s washroom of Caledonia Senior School

- familial dispute. People separated prior to police involvement.

- possible impaired in a white Ford F-350 pickup on Hwy 16 West. Police located the vehicle and determined the driver was sober.

- upon arriving home a man found a stranger on his porch and trying to get into his home via a sliding door. The stranger fled. Toma, the canine member of Terrace Detachment, was called out and tracked the stranger. Police arrested a 23 yr old man. Charges are being forwarded to Crown Counsel for attempt break and enter.

- uttering threats via text complaint. Unsubstantiated.

- group of teens causing a disturbance on playground equipment on Haugland Ave. They were located and warned.

- 14 yr old girl failed to make her court ordered curfew by 15 minutes. Police determined that it is not in the public interest to forward charges in this matter due to the short time she was late.

- third party report of a breach of a no contact order. Police determined that a breach did not occur.

- false 911 call on Scott Ave

- police assisted in a landlord / tenancy dispute

- a 48 yr old from Terrace driving a Ford Tempo was pulled over by the Evergreen pub at approximately 10:30 AM yesterday and arrested for driving while impaired. She provided breath samples approaching over three times the legal limit.

- 10 yr old boy driving a side by side ATV in a dangerous manner on Skeena Dr. The father of the boy was spoken with by police.

- theft from an unlocked vehicle parked on Graham Ave over the weekend. Papers, loose change, and CD’s were stolen.
