RCMP
RCMP west of Edmonton are searching for a man in his 50s, who hasn't been seen or heard from in just over two weeks.

Officers from the RCMP, along with officials from the Parkland Search and Rescue Society and the Enoch Fire Department are combing the Enoch Cree Nation for 56-year-old Carl Gene Ward.

Police said the last time anyone heard from Ward was on March 14, however there have been two unconfirmed sightings reported since, at the River Cree Casino on March 17, and along Highway 628 and Highway 60 on March 20.

Ward is described as:

First Nations male
About 170 cm tall
78 kg
Black hair
Brown eyes

RCMP said a command post has been set up at the Enoch Fire Department headquarters, and the search is being conducted with volunteers on foot, all-terrain vehicles and Search and Rescue canines.
