These copy/paste type of publicized reports are not only proving to be a shameful waste of RCMP resources...but also of the Medical Health Care Plans (Emergency Room) resources.

'Might be interesting if every family in BC rec'd a statement of accounts once/year to bring light to how many times per year our family's trips to the ER cost our Health Care Plans, which seems to be going into further debt year after year.

Now, wouldn't THAT be enlightening?!
